Jaclyn Sanders Marsh, PhD. (But you can call her Dr. J) - College professor, award winning author and now professional speaker; Dr. J specializes in teaching people how to ask the right questions, listen better, and subsequently how to improve overall communication on every level of an organization. She earned her PhD in Interpersonal and Family Communication from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and is an Assistant Professor for the University of Texas at Tyler where she teaches a host of classes ranging from Communication and Personal Relationships to Patient/Provider Communication and everything in between. In addition to her own class schedule, Dr. J regularly guest lectures for the nursing department teaching future nurses how to more effectively communicate with their patients.

 

Published in the Journal of Applied Communication Research, Journal of Family Communication, Western Journal of Communication and Journal of Holistic Nursing, Dr. J translates what she has learned in academia to real world applications of communication to bring success to your business.
